To order with a credit card, you may pre-pay online at using the login code located in the upper right hand corner of your order form. You must use this code prior to the indicated cut off time on the form. If you are paying after the indicated time, you’ll have to call our office at (585) 338-2521

What if I am paying THE DAY OF OR THE DAY AFTER?

Don’t worry, we will match your order up with your child’s image. Everyone gets photographed on picture day even without a form.

What if my child is absent on picture day?

No problem! Clix schedules a make-up day just for this reason. Your make-up day date will be located on the upper left hand corner of your order form.

When should I expect to see my portrait orders?

Portrait packages will be delivered back to the school within three weeks.

Why did i not receive the composite i ordered in my child’s envelope?

Class composites are delivered separately from your portrait package. They are typically delivered sometime in January after all make-up days and teacher approvals.
